PrimeCraft Builders is a Los Angeles–based general contractor focused on carefully built homes and hospitality spaces. We combine practical field experience with an eye for design and detail.

From single-room remodels to ground-up builds, our team guides you through every phase—pre-construction budgeting, city approvals, structural work, finishes, and punch-list. You get one accountable team, not a patchwork of disconnected trades.

We work closely with architects, designers, and consultants to keep drawings, engineering, and site conditions aligned. The result is fewer surprises, cleaner coordination, and a smoother path from concept to keys-in-hand.

We’re selective about the projects we take so we can stay hands-on and accessible. If we’re a fit, you’ll work directly with a principal throughout your build.

    You receive a clear scope of work, line-item estimate, and projected timeline. We refine together before anything is signed.

    Permits & pre-construction

    We coordinate with your architect, engineer, and the city to finalize plans, permits, and any required approvals.

    Build & closeout

    Our crew and vetted subs handle the build. You get weekly updates, walkthroughs at key milestones, and a final punch-list before handoff.
